I was driving through Turbeville SC yesterday. I stopped at the only restaurant in town called the “chat and chew “. It’s a small town and I figured if your baby is still loose someone might know something. The woman said she hadn’t heard anything about a loose dog of that description. She said they do feed strays so if it was in the area they probably would have seen it. So no luck, sorry
