Put a dirty shirt of yours in your garage (with the garage door cracked) also some of kittys things like a blanket, toys, carrier, water food so on. Kitty will smell your scent. If you don't have a garage the porch will work.. If kitty is normally a inside cat only he/she probably didn't go far. Look under cars including under hood of car, outdoor playground equipment, bushes, neighbors yards, trees so on.

He’s adorable. Cats shouldn’t be outside but especially a skittish cat doesn’t need to go on a walk. Was he close to home when he got off the leash. Go out at night to look for him we that is when I will try to get mask inside. Crack open a window at night to listen for meows. Open garage door and then the door leading into the home at dusk and he might walk in on his own. Ask neighbors to check sheds garages and under decks. Alert local police in case somebody finds him that’s not on social media. Be proactive, time is of the essence. Shared
