Thanks debbie. I do think it's a neighborhood dog it looks familiar. I can try and walk it over to the vet in a couple hours if I don't hear anything back. In the meantime if you are free you're welcome to stop by and read her.

If you aren't able to take it to the vet to get it scanned for a microchip, I have a chip reader. I'd be happy to swing by and scan the dog for a chip
