Hi, I saw a couple posts about this dog, it’s kind of confusing 1) a woman named Rachel had found 3 doxies and returned them to owner, but they said there was a 4th one who is a blind senior. See screenshot. She would probably have the owner’s contact info. Meanwhile there was a woman named Margaret who found him, then he got away from her, and then it seems like maybe you found him after that? Screenshot of her post is below. It sounds like you need the info for the owners that Rachel found, sounds like this dog could belong to that group.
