Thank you to everyone who posted advice and kind words. Apparently, Keiko may have belonged to a young person arcoss the street from us, but his guardians would not allow the cat to be inside, so they let it roam free (no colloar, no ID chip, underfed, matted fur and 4 weeks pregnant). I guess the young man came over to our yard and took Keiko bakc to thier hse; his guardians brought her back to us this afternoon.

Wow! Some evil person just tried to scam me about my lost kitty! PawBoost wasn't kidding about being careful. This person who called himslef "David" first tried to tell me my cat was at the San Jose Animal Hospital in Berryessa, when I wouldn't give him permission to "fix my cat's shoulder to guarantee her mobility" and that I was on my way to the hospital, he changed his tune and said he stole my cat "because he wanted her babies". Then he told me he was going to her and send me the video and pictures. Then he tries to scare me with threats to my husband, and my family (he said to tell my husband he said hi, because he knows him very, very well). 10 minutes of my life wasted on this mean, pathetic jerk. I hope he gets explosive diarreha for days. I am posting this a real warning to other pet owners of lost fur babies.

Immediately (NOW)walk area shake treat bag or Bang on cat food can calling for your cat multiple times during the day-and-night especially when it's quiet out. Look under all bushes and in between houses. Ask your neighbors to check cameras garage, shed backyard. Post on nextdoor, get family & friends to search every day. Search at midnight-5am too call for ur kitten, listen for her meow
