My client owns one. This is NOT a dog someone just stops and picks up. He was probably picked up by someone this dog knew

Blaine Cothern Williams he is chipped. His owner has been driving around the area and looking for him by foot. Gumbeaux has been posted on Facebook as well as ring app. I plan to call some shelters and vets today
