Good evening, this little male dog is resting in my backyard. I fed him, which might be why he didn't leave. He has an injured ear and looks very tired and thin. If he belongs to someone, please message me so I can tell you where to pick him up. I hope he stays here tonight; I'm not bringing him inside because I have female dogs.

Gads. His ear flap needs to be seen by a vet. It’s full of pus and fluid and needs to be drained. It’s bound to be painful. Contact local animal shelter to report as found. His owner may have reported him missing.
