Small fit female corgi, no collar or chip (checked about an hour ago)

Found her on the start of my dog walk this morning about 530 am, took her in as she was heading towards Craycroft and didn’t want to risk her getting hit by a car. She came walking from the housing area next to Ft Lowell Park and was trying to go up to moving cars. Very sweet and friendly dog. I’m 100% sure her owners are looking for her. She has distinct markings that the owner should be able to verify she’s theirs. Went to vet to see if she had a chip but it was no go. Please share to get her back home.
