He’s handsome, sure hope you get back to mom and dad. Check Anderson Humane, S.Elgin. Police will pick up a dog, but not a cat. They take them to Anderson’s in Elgin or Kane County Animal control in Geneva. It’s really a lovely place, large very clean inside and outside cages.
