I found this dog yesterday around 4 o’clock and an hour or so later I come by and he was still out in the middle of 178. You’re standing there in the center of the four lanes. Cars were trying their hardest to avoid her. Very friendly has a black collar on with a little plastic box on it. There is no tags. I took it to the Edmond hosp for pets no chip very very friendly jumped right into my car.
