Message from Finder

Hey y’all! Non-pet owner here desperately hoping that someone owns this cat that I found on my back porch this afternoon. No collar, but looks clean/unscathed. It appears friendly too, as it came up to me without prompting and also tried sneaking into the hse when I was going inside. It breaks my heart to see little guys like this and really hope that it has an owner who sees this. Thanks ya’ll!

Candace, this is not her cat. The first picture is the one she states with her cat and the second one is the one we found.

Corinne Stipek Yay! That’s so good to hear. I came home and saw that someone left a can of food and it was eaten. Thanks so much!

Posting for my daughter in Albany Park She took the cat to the police station this afternoon, the cat is chipped but the chip is not registered. Called the chip company and Animal Cruelty Society who the chip was registered with and they said they do not have any further information and this cat was not adopted out from animal cruelty society but was possibly chipped at a local event/wellness fair. She currently has the cat inside and is eager to find the owner to reunite them. A very friendly, clean and sweet cat Please reach out to me directly if this is your cat or you know who the owner is, would love to get this sweet cat back home! Thank You, God Bless You

Justin Rivera Thanks, I’ll have to do that when I get back into town. Kitty showed up when I have a trip scheduled. I’ll try to find her when I get back on Monday, though.

Take the cat to get scanned for a microchip at your nearest police station. Most likely on Leland and Pulaski

Candyss Newman even put in bathroom. I trapped one a couple months ago and kept her in there and then slowly moved her out of there and now doing slow introductions to my other cats as we are going to keep her. Also it’s kitten season. Please bring inside and secure in a safe spot.
