We found this dog on the road in Frankford, near where Long middle school was. He was in the middle of the road, very confused and scared. 😢 He kept running toward traffic and couldn’t seem to find his way to the sidewalk. Unfortunately, nobody was slowing down or stopping to help. We’re keeping him home until the shelter opens up.
