Hi, I'm not gonna claim he is my cat as the image is quite blurry but he does look like mine, lots of out door cats in this neighborhood! If he is mine I will say he was a barn cat rescue and enjoys his out side time and will come home. Please don't try to feed or trap him. He was feral when I rescued him and cannot be contained in a house full time as much as I would like to. Once again, we have a very large outdoor cat population in this neighborhood and I would like to advocate keeping our neighborhood safe for our feline friends, that includes banging our car hoods before starting our vehicles, driving slower at night and not poisoning any mice you may have in your yard (we also have a lot of predator birds who can be harmed from a poisoned mouse so please be mindful)
