Bring the Lost Pets of Delaware County PA Home so she wanted the vet records. I called the vet and provided her with the vet records now she wants to call the vet to verify. I am just waiting now. I don’t know if she’s willing to take her to animal control just know that she said that “she’s safe” that’s it

Imia Whitney the area found could be in a few different municipalities. Lansdowne Borough and Yeadon are contracted with bvspca for animal control. I'm not sure if East Lansdowne has a process for stray dogs yet. Upper Darby Township has their own animal control and stray hold area. I would reach out to finder to see if finder would be willing to turn the dog over to the animal control for area found. That would take determining ownership away from finder. The only unknown is if East Lansdowne has anything in place.

I know she’s being careful about giving the dog to just anyone so I’m not upset. I just want to know what else i can do so i can get her back. I also sent her a video of Tiera coming in and out of my house.
