Search with flashlights, a squeaky toy, and a box of treats or food to shake. Leave a scent trail from home using your dirty socks. Look in and under vehicles, in storm drains, bushes, trees, garages, alleys, dumpsters, up trees. Go out searching every 1-2 hours. Get online to check Found Pets listings repeatedly on Nextdoor, Ring Neighbors, Ring Rescue, Petco Love Lost, the Humane Society, and the pound. Put up a large brightly-colored sign in your front yard. Post colorful flyers everywhere including group mailboxes, street posts, windshields, school and church fences, storefronts. Take some door-to-door and to veterinary offices and animal hospitals.
