that dog has booties on he looks solid as for his weight! Y not go and give them a gallon of good water! It's hard to live in the desert in AZ, when u have a home can u imagine the pain they're feeling in the heatwave we r having living outside? The dog looks healthy, God plz bless the dog and his owner may they find true shelter and b protected from the elements. Amen

So sad how people judge because they are homeless yet people with homes throw their dogs in a hot backyard all the time. At least dog has shoes and has good weight leave people alone
