Susan Ricardo He's NOT at the SHELTER. Did you not read where it says the cat.was DUMPED AFTER hours (AFTER the shelter was closed for the day) on the grounds of the shelter by the owner of the Spring Street Deli in Saratoga. He is NOT the cat's owner.
