Only Sheppard I know in this area is the one that is fenced in at the corner of Vance and W 2nd Ave. Barks at everyone that goes by.

Beautiful! Make sure you get her correct owners and that they show proof of ownership! Looks like a young dog. I would not take her to the shelter. They k_ll them so fast!
