Found dog in my neighborhood on Mitc Ave on the loose. I was walking my dogs and this guy was running around and luckily let me help him. Has a collar but no tag. Anyone know whose dog this is? Update: he is not chipped, and has been dropped off at the OC Animal Care Shelter. I wasn’t able to keep him because I have a cat. Owner has until the 18th to pick him up otherwise they will neuter and put him for adoption. Please share so we can help him find his ! I do not have a Ring camera so if anyone does please post on the app, the shelter said it’s the most successful way to find his owner.
