*The quickest way to find an owner is to check for a microchip - any vet, PetSmart with a Banfield clinic inside or a Petco can scan for free *Please notify local county animal shelter in case the owner is looking for their pet *It would be helpful in the search for the owner if you could put up neon found dog signs in the area that you found the dog in case the owner is driving around looking for their dog.
