Cream/blonde, scruffy small dog, possibly a chihuahua mix but couldn’t tell in the dark. Little guy was barking and didn’t want to be approached so could not get a better picture. Last seen at the cross streets 73rd ave and Laurel ln in Peoria in front of this at around 8:30 pm 8/12.
