At first when we got him, he was terrified and very defensive. The way we got around, or least I got around to him, was just by sitting in the same room and letting him approach as he wanted. We respected each others boundaries and became extremely close, and I miss my little buddy. He would always lay on me after school and do little clawing biscuits, and he would always meow and yowl when he wanted to go outside. He was very much so an indoor/outside cat, he loved being outside so much that he would even beg to be let out when it was snowing or near freezing, which we didn’t allow. I remember times when I had to miss school and I had to stop letting him out before I left because he would try following me all the way to the bus stop, and I didn’t want him getting hit by a car doing so, or chased by a dog. I miss him so much and I just hope that he’s okay, and that nothing happened to him.
