Found 6:15 pm April 7, 26 at Black Canyon exit 13 and Sand Hollow Rd running in middle.of road. Very sweet, well mannered, seems 'lazy' ish, more laid back. Possible injured hind leg- no visible injury, not tender to touch just limps on occasion. Possibly kelpie? Seems to be consistent with decrcriptions of kelpie bread.
