I found this dog partnered with a tan dog crossing the street in traffic. I had to press the brakes to not hit them and pulled into the nearest parking lot, 711. Dogs were friendly and I put them both in my car. I couldn’t keep them and took the to the city shelter on mt Vernon 201 mt Vernon ave PLEASE SHARE
