Spotted here at the cemetery on Perry Rd. Parents saw it earlier today around 1pm. And just went back about 6:30 and dog is still there.

This dog can die from heatstroke in this heat. If you know its location you should call Carrollton Animal Control to pick it up. If the heat doesn’t it a coyote will 🥺
