3rd morning he/she has been on my porch. I left him/her plenty of food, water & a blanket. It runs the second it sees anyone. It has fur that looks like it’s rubbed off in spots. Very worn down nails and might have a collar but he/she just takes off. Very very scared. Sorry for all the typos on the post itself. The keyboard for that is odd.
