What is she doing to the dog's neck? Why is the dog's neck whited out? It can't be to cover up a tag because no one could read a tag from that distance.

Put up, found dog signs immediately.This old school way still works.I just did a couple of weeks ago I had my signs up the owner had their signs up the dog was home in a couple hours.This still works for just got to be done in a timely manner.has to be now. Grab two poster boards , fold them in half cut it cut it again you will have eight squares use permanent marker fill it out with phone number and put in area it was found in and on some of the cross streets nearby and on the closest main road in that area immediately..time is of the essence.. Owners will have pictures, paperwork or a vet reference.Y'all can call together to verify ownership.Only the owner will have this information. Ask for their phone number and address and tell them you're gonna match it to their license.You've got to ensure this dog safety..

You need to be extra careful. Bad people and dog fighters will be the first to inquire a young dog like that, they will have 0 proof of ownership and they are constantly getting these bait dogs off these sites every day, they will lie to you and try to trick you... They will grab any dog and then get their hands-on just their dogs can it.This is a horrible way for these dogs to go.. Then we use women and children to do their dirty work, women, children, everyone, these proof no proof no dog.There have been five dog fighting ring bust in the last eight months in the area. Due diligence is a key ask for phone number and address and tell him you're gonna match it to their license.Ask questions and question their answers
