We saw a dog wearing a green color on veterans just passed the Manchester expy intersection . If headed northbound from down town it would be on the right side of the road . This baby had been hit a passerby was moving it to the side of the road . All I know was the dog was with brown or goldish in color with green collar . I’m sorry it was dark and their was traffic

I saw him before this but he was walking along side a lady in the neighborhood so I thought he was with her. 😩 If I had known I would have stopped. I will keep an eye out.

The one that was with him ran into the yard of the home that sits directly on double churches, but across from the 2nd Kirkwood entrance. Just before you go up the hill headed towards river rd.
