Lisa Donato Kim Diane it’s so hard. I was walking my girls today at 1:00 pm and kids set off fireworks in the middle of the day. I double clip my girls with a harness and no escape collar and they can still escape if scared enough. I really feel for the owners. Owners are not purposely trying to lose there dogs. As the owner of a tiny dog rescue. We have seen so many occurrences over the years. It is never the intention of the owner.
