Help us bring Possum . He is abt 7 and never would have runaway! He is micro chipped , incredibly missed and loved. His hair is med length & fluffy. He looks like we gave him a "bowl cut" across his forehead. He's has never missed his flea/tick prevention(until went missing-,june & july). His yearly shots were due a few days ago. He never misses a meal. He went missing during a thunderstorm, followed by off and on rain all day. He normally vwould have been inside sleeping. He loved to play outside, and run in the front door, get a quick snack, and race us to the backdoor begging to let right back out=like it was a short cut keeping him from having to walk around the hse to get to the back yard and porch. We have looked everywhere & micro chip has been reported lost.

You can purchase a trap from Tractor Supply or Home Depot or Amazon or see if you can borrow or rent one from a local rescue or TNR group. Put a piece of your clothing with your scent on it inside and some wet food and set the trap and monitor it. I've seen many babies return home this way 🙏❣️ remember kitties are naturally nocturnal, so they will hide during the day and move at night time looking for a food source or trying to get home. This is when most of us are sleeping. That's why the trap is ideal. Monitor it early in the morning. If you catch a critter go ahead and release it and wash the trap and reset. They leave a smell behind which may deter your baby from going in. If you catch another kitty, you can always take it to a local vet or shelter for a free chip check and you might be able to help return someone else's missing baby home.♥️

Mark Worsham we have walked every inch of our 6+ acres every couple of days. I still call his name throughout neighborhood daily. We have things that smell like him & us outside incase he is injured and gets confused. We keep looking under the house and in my husband's shop over & over again even though he can't get in/under either place ( we know he's not there, but we keep looking anyway., cause we dnk where else to look. No one in neighborhood says they've seen him, and we aren't ready to believe he's not coming back). I look under our front deck several times a day just to be sure he's not there.
