He will circle back to the accident site. Leave his dog bed, a blanket or towel with your scent on it and water. Do not leave food at this time since it may attract predators. You can go back to the accident site and sit in the evening and early morning hours. If you see him, speak softly to him and let HIM approach YOU.

Brooke Tinnan try to lay a blanket or worn clothes around wear the wreck was. Maybe he’s hiding and will come back to where he got out and you can get him there. Another thing some dogs try and find their way back home. Prayers you find him safe and soon

Brooke Tinnan As soon as you're able, post BRIGHTLY COLORED flyers in the area of the store with Nutmeg's picture, info about the wreck and your contact info on them. Not everyone does social media and the flyers will be visible to people passing through. *Also, contact vets in the area in case someone brings him in with an injury or to be scanned for a chip *Check at PAWS IN PERSON and often *Look near sources of water *There's a lot of woods in the vicinity of that store. Look there. He could have gotten tangled in brush. Sharing your post. I hope you're okay and Nutmeg is, too. Hope you find him soon! 🙏🏻

Thank you for posting my baby. He was lost after a car accident early this morning. If anyone sees him please let me know. I have no idea if he’s okay- if he’s injured he may not be approachable.
