Check crawlspace sheds garages anywhere she could be locked in accidentally. Some cats don't make a sound out of fear when trapped. Make sure to open doors and look thoroughly. Ask your neighbors to do the same. Put her bed and some dirty clothing/laundry outside. The SCENT will help her find the way home if lost. DO NOT put out litter box. It could attract predators that would scare her away. Leave access for her to get back inside. Walking the neighborhood knocking on doors most effective. Perhaps a neighbor has taken her in. Put up flyers. Not everyone uses social media. Hope Chloe will be home very soon. Report her lost with County Shelter.
