Seems to be a black and white poodle or mix
Message from Finder
I was dropping off a Uber and saw this dog roaming i tried to approach but was scared a bit. The dog was drinking puddle water and seemed lost. I called Broward DS's non-emergency. An officer can I told him the dog is wandering back and forth. I was told he needs the see the dog. So that was not helpful.
