Hello, this cat has been roaming near my neighborhood since the tornado storm back in late August but my neighbors and I recently saw this skinny unneutered male cat. He's friendly and has been sitting on my neighbors chairs for the last few days since I give the other stray cats food from my back porch. I assume he's someone's pet who got lost during the storm since he's vocal to me and my neighbors and lets me give him scritches. No collar or identification as of yet but hoping this post helps to find his family :)
