Black lab mix with a white spot on his chest. Has some calluses on his back legs and some healing scars on his face from previous owner. This dog and his brother, who has now been named Lucky were dumped in our neighborhood. The brother now has a loving family and they would like to give Baxter a home as well UPDATE- Dog previously seen at 21st and S. Mingo came back tonight,Sunday. July 18th. Unfortunately it was not Baxter.
