Tortoise female, mostly gray, with a red harness on.

This beautiful girl has been on my patio morning and night, and many times in between for a few weeks. The first time I saw her was about 2 months ago. She did not have a harness on then. When she came around a few weeks later she did so I know she belongs to someone. She is very friendly and wants attention, you can pet her, she will jump up on my lap and rubs around my legs. Neighbors have been asking around to find the owner but no luck so far. With the rain and heat I've been concerned about her and wanted to find the owners to see if she was going home at all since she is obviously an indoor outdoor kitty. She is a very sweet girl.
