See the Nextdoor post in Beaverton from Daria Danley. Who knows, cats can hitch rides or be picked up and deposited far from home. Daria Danley Murrayhill South Hi everyone! I found this kitty cat on the side of the road on my commute home. He's not chipped. I took him home and he's comfortably set up with food and water. As you can see, he's VERY thin and I suspect he's injured. I can't keep him, I don't have the resources to care for him with his injuries. He's friendly. He let me hold him and growls like a cranky old man. Does anyone have a contact or shelter that can help him? Please I'm desperate. He wasn't given a second chance for nothing.

Found in NoPo, and he's up for adoption if not claimed immediately

Time is of the essence. Cats don’t go far from home. Keep the door or window the kitty left from open 24/7 so they can return, usually very late at night. If unable to do that then crack your garage door open enough for her to get in, 24/7. Knock on neighbors doors with a picture letting them know she got out and ask them to keep an eye out, check Ring cameras for any sighting, post as many flyers as possible with kitty’s picture in your and surrounding neighborhoods. Walk late at night when it’s quiet with a flashlight, looking under every shrub for their shining eyes, softly call the kitty’s name and shake their food. Post on Ring, Nextdoor and check with shelters. Don’t give up. 💕

Please place his betting outside, along with the owner's unwashed clothing front and back door with a can of tuna on each entrance, you can leave your garage door a bit open as well. In case it comes in that way. And leaving food there as well. Show your neighbors a picture of the cat. Ten houses to the left ten house to the right front and back if they spot him to give you a call immediately. Go early in the morning and shake treats calling the cats name when things are quiet.. Best of luck finding your kitty 🙏 ❤️
