Lottie is very skittish. She is very fearful of everything but is in no way aggressive. Rescued from euthanasia list and has been in foster care for 2 weeks and has been very slow to warm. Something spooked her last night and she jumped 3 fences and ran. Please do not attempt to chase. If seen, please call to report location. Thank you for any information.

Go to the last seen area and just walk and talk. Do not yell! This scares them and distorts your voice. One or two of her closest people just go and talk loudly but as close to normal as possible. This will give her time to hear you and process what she’s hearing. Do not have a bunch of people go bc that scares them also. Get more signs up. Refresh old ones
