Looks like two mini snouzers

I found them out back. They were panting pretty hard so I got them some water. One has a black collar the other have a blue collar with what looks like pineapples.

Cheryl Hatton it's actually two babies. I am holding them safe. They were panting a lot so I got them some water inside. Hopefully their able to be reunited with their family.
