Cow Cat Female spayed. friendly had kittens a year ago.

This mama cat came to my door a year ago and had kittens. I have been feeding her and letting her come in. She went out more after the kittens were older. She stays in the area, not sure if she had a previous owner. I just want to know if someone took her in and if she is okay. I miss her terribly.
