Try lostmykitty.com they have a service that sends out a lost pet alert to the phones in your area with a description and your phone number asking people to check their bats, garages and sheds. There is a fee, but that’s how I found my cat. If you can print out flyers, give them to the mail carriers and your neighbors and put them on their porches as well as telephone poles. Also give them to the animal shelters and the veterinarian’s offices. If there are businesses nearby, ask if you can put a flyer in their window. 💔🙏

Khadijah Muhammad I would hold off on that unless you have a proper fitting harness!

Skye Fedkenheuer yes, please!! I would really appreciate it. I have clothing that he laid on outside with food. My other cat Shadow (Tiger’s brother) has been trying to get out the back door, which is the same way Tiger got out. He’s constantly at my back door. Idk if he’s trying to find him, but I’m going to go get a leash tomorrow. I want to see where he goes,

Lost house cats usually do not go far. Look in,under, on top of all structures/trees in the near vicinity. Have a flashlight with you as his/her eyes will reflect in the dark. If you do see him/her, no sudden movements. Have some treats or his/her food with you. Also, if you can leave a door or window slightly open, he/she may come back in their own. Keep an ear to the outside after dark. Many kitties come back after dark and meow to be let back in. Leave a piece of clothing with your scent near the open space that is helpful.Have neighbors look in garages, sheds and other structures. Also if you did not see him/her get out or know for sure she/he did, check every inch of your house, she/he could be trapped or hiding somewhere. Good Luck!!
