Cindy Anderson Desimone to keep them safe would be why. It's not even safe for any outdoor kitty to begin with way to many dangers from sky prey to ground prey not to mention all the cars. Not actually one reason a cat should be outside when it's never safe and may never come home. I don't understand why you would even make a comment like that. If owners aren't concerned enough plenty others of us our. A pet owners responsibility is to keep their pets safe and outdoor Kitty's aren't ever safe.
