There has been a lot of Frenchies being stolen in Oxnard. There are postings on the NEXTDOOR site of at least 3. People try to sell them for up to $400. If you do not have yours fixed, you need to do it immediately IF you get him back. Also put an Apple air tag inside a halter or hidden inside collar and NEVER take it off. Sorry, I pray that you find him but please realize that there are people out there who are always looking to steal pure bred dogs.....
