On April 11th my oldest cat, Rasscal, had me searching my entire house for hours. I finally found her under my bed in the box frame, the cover of it was ripped open from her and my other cats scratching at it all the time. Due to my bad knees and different body ailments I couldn’t get her out. I had to go get a neighbor next door to come and help me. By the time I got back with my neighbor, she had went under my dresser and was trying to wedge herself up against the wall. We finally got her out, when I picked her up she appeared to be paralyzed on her right hip area. I put her on her carry case and took her to the vet. The et said she had an inflamed disc in her lower spine area. I think possibly from squeezing into the structure of the box springs. She is on pain and I have to try to keep her restricted from jumping and climbing four about four weeks. The Vet said it could get worse and cause paralysis. In all this time she never meowed once. She is 12 years old.
