My wife and I saw him last night on Sandiford Drive. We tried to catch him, but he was scared and kept moving away. I called the SPCA and left a message, but nobody called me back.

We saw Loki last night around 8:00 PM on Sandiford Drive. My wife and I tried to catch him, but he was scared and kept moving away. I called the SPCA, but had to leave a message. Nobody called me back. I'd like to contact Loki's owners, but I'm not sure how to do that. Can someone put me in touch with them?
