He is a blue/grey American bulldog (pocket bully) he's about 14-17 in tall when he was taken he was 58lbs

Charcoal grey but may look black at a distance he has thin fur spots on top of his hind by tail and spots on both hips and I think spot on his back towards his neck, two white tips on front left paw thus his name he is friendly and loveable he's not kibble fed due to allergies so his food has to be prepared and he's a good tap dancer when he's happy. White under his neck down his chest to his under belly full body grey. He is a pocket American bulldog( pocket bully) he's about 14-17 in tall when he was taken he was 58lbs
