Does he have a white splash of fur under his neck and matted fur running down each side of his back? Could this be him? I know in this picture he is quite plump but has been missing since May 18. Can you see if he responds to Gizzy?

He may be an in/out cat who was… out. He looks healthy & well cared for. Knock on doors & talk to people on the street - they may know of her/him - someone may be out looking for their cat.😕 Hopefully you’ve Filed a FOUND report with Toronto/other Animal Services & rescues in case their owner goes there looking for him. Also post on neighbourhood social media sites. It’s been 4 days since he was -found. Make sure you don’t just hand him over to anyone - they should have other photos of him Etc to prove ownership. Take the cat to be scanned for a microchip at a vet free service) to try and find his owner. The vet may even know of him! Keep safe until you find his owner.🥰 Or, let him be so he can go home on his own/live his life. (Sadly, sending him to a city shelter does Not mean he will be 1. Reunited with his family or 2. adopted. It could also mean he will be 1. Euthanized or 2. Sold to a lab for research.)
