If someone is able to catch him, we will take him into rescue I am a volunteer with the Yorkie Rescue of the Carolinas and we can help! We will get him placed in a foster home on hold for owner. If no owner is found we will get him properly vetted and make sure he’s placed in loving home with responsible owners who are background checked.
