I think I saw this dog running around on Morris Street between Chelten Ave and Rittenhouse Street. I pulled over and tried to catch her but she kept running.

Please come to ACCT Philly and do a walk through and file a lost dog report. 111 w Hunting Park Ave. 10-6 daily If the dog does not have a chip or tags you should do this every 48 hours.
