Sweet girl found late this afternoon in apt bldg parking area trying to cool down from the heat. Gave her food and water then went store & bought a collar and leash. She is currently safe, sound, and cool in my apmt along with two foster kittens. She appears to be pretty well taken care of. If you are missing your baby please reach out! Going to check for a microchip in the morning.

Joni Bryant Wilcox I took this super sweet 7-8 month old girl to Miami Dade Animal Shelter where they checked for a microchip. Unfortunately, she wasn't chipped. The shelter gave her vaccines, flea/tick med, microchip, and dewormer as well as two bags of food. She's in their lost/found system BUT I am fostering her until Thursday. Hopefully by then the owner can be found or I can find a loving home for her because she absolutely deserves that! I will try your other suggestions as well. Thank you💚

~~Give a copy of the picture with information to the mailman in the area… They encounter many people & situation… Put a sign with information & picture in your front yard if you can & @ stop signs… For found animals Please take him to check for a microchip it’s free @ any Vet,Pet store etc. … Always get your animal microchipped, it gives a better chance of being reunited… There is always the possibility that a neighbor may have taken your “Fur~Baby” in thinking it was abandoned… Report any animal missing or found to your local dog pound… PetCo has free software that uses photo recognition to match your photo to photos from rescues and shelters.
